"The human powered recommendation engine", an AI engine that guides consumers through the process of selecting and buying consumer electronics goods (and much more), by combining technical specifications given by the manufacturers with other consumers' experience that emerge in vertical communities and social networks. The result is a limited options output of products, that really meet consumers' needs: a perfect match of tech data and experience feeling.

 

World Hospital è un ambizioso progetto che aggrega professionisti della sanità e associazioni no-profit legate all’ambito della salute, in un’unica grande struttura all’interno di Second Life. All’interno di questo ospedale tridimensionale sarà possibile svolgere seminari, presentazioni, incontri e persino lezioni pratiche, capaci di coinvolgere ed appassionare i partecipanti presenti da ogni parte del mondo. World Hospital è un progetto aperto a no profit che intendono comunicare con i propri associati e con il pubblico in modo diverso ed innovativo, ma anche a professionisti della sanità che intendano svolgere formazione sfruttando ambienti tridimensionali persistenti ed immersivi come Second Life.

 

"Beyond Health 2.0", an ambitious project willing to create a hospital in Second Life, were no profit and health professionals will gather and interact. A meeting place were events will take place, word of mouth will propagate and advanced learning will be experimented, exploiting the effectiveness of an immersive and persistent environment as Second Life.
